Is there natural light?
Yes, Natural light is used throughout the whole building but there is additional over head white lights plus studio lights.
How many areas are available at a time?
You'll have access to 4 different "sets". Natural wall and concrete floors, 2 seamless paper backdrops ( they do not touch the ground) the natural wall with white base and the waiting area. There are also multiple chairs available.
Is there a restroom on site?
Absolutely, there's a private restroom that can only be accessed by our clients and renters.
Are props included in the rental?
Unfortunately no, props and maternity gowns are only to be used by the owner. You are more than welcome and encouraged to bring your own.
Can I bring my own backdrops?
Yes, there will be one backdrop stand available. You are more than welcome to get as creative as you'd like.
What colors of backdrop are available ?
Black, white, Tan, green, blue and beige.
Pricing
Studio Rental begins and $75.00 the hour.
you can add up to 3 hours at a time.
Monthly 1 hour rental 2 days a week for 4 weeks $600.00
Monthly Rentals 1 hour 3 days a week for 4 weeks $900.00
Weekends available starting May 2026
Rules for Studio rental
- Rental Must be booked by professional Photographers, Videographers or businesses owners.
- One photographer, business or content creator per booking
- You are responsible for your own clients
- Respect the building as it does not belong to you
- Clean up after yourself
- You will be liable for any damages done by you or your client
- Respect the other businesses in the building
Insurance is not required but recommended.
Cake Smashes are not permitted unless you are
bringing your own backdrops and cleaning materials.
